Independently bought clothing imported through China at Rason and distributed to Hwanghae Province, DPRK 

•    Shepherd, Yanji City in China 1999~2000

•    Smuggler, Holung City, China 2000-2001

Worked under a cartel that distributed Korean and Japanese cars shipped through North Korea and sold in China.

•    Hotel Manager, Weihai City, China 2001-2003

Supervised hotel staff and assisted customers from China and South Korea

•    North Korean labor school at Jesus Abbey, Taebaek, ROK 2006-2011

Taught youth and young adults about North Korean people, life, and experiences. Taught and managed morning farm labor.
